who will be headed to Rideau Carleton Raceway on November 4.
Participants from across the country have won their local qualifiers and will be headed to Ottawa this weekend in hopes of capturing the $25,000 grand prize, and be crowned top handicapper.
Trot Insider would like to share some of the inside scoop on what makes this player tick.
