Merry Francis will be representing Hanover Raceway at the Trot Canada National Handicapping Championship

Francis will be headed to Rideau Carleton Raceway on November 8 to test her handicapping skills against some of the best horseplayers in the country.
With a $25,000 grand prize on the line, Francis hopes she comes out on top and has big plans should she be fortunate enough to win. A well-deserved holiday is on her list, as well as donations to her church and local hospital. She’d also like to add to her wardrobe with some fancy new clothes.

Francis has never been to Rideau Carleton and is looking forward to enjoying her prize package vacation, including two nights stay at the beautiful Ottawa Marriott, coach service to the Championship as well as some fine dining.
