Prince Edward Island will be sending a dynamic duo to the Trot Canada National Handicapping Championship on November 8. Blaine Baglole is one half of the pair
which hails from Cornwall, PEI that is looking to bring home the giant $25,000 grand prize.
Baglole has won a great trip, which includes round trip airfare, two nights accommodations at the beautiful Ottawa Marriott, as well as some world class dining. Baglole will be taking his very first trip to Rideau Carleton and is excited to see the Nation’s capital.
