Kristy Dustin demeure toujours inspirée pour la tenue de la 14e édition de l’Annual Breast Cancer Fundraiser qui se tiendra au ‘The Raceway’ du Western Fair District.

The daughter of trainer/driver Greg Dustin, Kristy Dustin has been around the racing game her entire life, and 14 years ago when her mother Doreen was diagnosed with breast cancer it was the racing industry that Kristy turned to, to help support her mom through the creation of ‘Harness The Hope’.

Rick Cushing had always dreamed about having a horse in the Gold Cup and Saucer, but making the trip from Maine was something that he just couldn’t make happen before succumbing to leukemia in 2012.

Allé depuis plusieurs années, et je suis heureux de dire que l’expérience s’est avérée positive dans les deux cas.

Over the course of the summer I’ve been able to visit a couple of Ontario racetracks that I hadn’t been to in many years, and am happy to say that the experience was a positive one in both cases.
