The Harness Racing B.C. (HRBC) Board of Directors met on Tuesday, Dec. 14 to discuss the financial hardships resulting from the cancellation of races in December.

Fraser Downs wrapped up its 2022 racing season Monday evening with a nine-race card, and the closing night feature was taken by In High Cotton in upset fashion.

Due to unsafe track conditions, the card of harness racing slated for Sunday, Dec. 11 at Fraser Downs has been cancelled.

After running two races, Fraser Downs cancelled the remainder of its live harness racing program on Sunday, Dec. 4.
