According to a report, disgraced former Harness Racing New South Wales Steward Paul O'Toole appeared in court this morning, but did not enter a plea in regard to charges relating to the swabbing scandal in the Down Under racing scene
.
Nine MSN has reported that the 48-year-old appeared in Downing Centre Local Court in Sydney, where it was determined that his case will be adjourned until February 17, 2012.
