Somebeachsomewhere made a huge statement this afternoon with a sizzling 1:46.4 world record equaling performance in the final $134,000 Bluegrass division for three-year-old pacers at The Red Mile.

Three Bluegrass Stakes for sophomore trotters were contested at The Red Mile this afternoon and Deweycheatumnhowe dominated his $107,200 division.

The Red Mile wrapped up the Bluegrass Series this afternoon for two-year-old pacing colts and geldings with Sheer Desire equaling the world record of 1:49.3 in the first division.
