Kentucky Senator Damon Thayer had been pushing for 'instant racing' in House Bill 347 to help aid the state's horse racing industry, but according to a report he has indicated that he is no longer working on the measure
.
Courier-journal.com has today cited Thayer as saying that it would take a “perfect storm” to advance the Bill at this point, although he still believes instant racing is a pari-mutuel game.
