This can't be good for
This can't be good for harness racing in truro for winter months , I can see racing as same as inverness and northside, only racing in summer season during stakes season. The only thing to save winter months maybe to lower purses and I can't see to many horseman lining up for that. Good luck

I will say something that
I will say something that has been said a thousand times before. The Halifax area should have a track if harness racing is to have any real life blood in the Maritimes. P.E.I. has done better than other provinces, but Sackville Downs in the Halifax area had essentially the same purses as Charlottetown twenty-five years ago, and Charlottetown is the most successful track in the Maritimes. Need I say more ?
