Trot Insider has compiled all of the stakes-payment announcements in relation to the February 15 nomination and sustaining deadline. Also, below the payment notices, Trot Insider has listed a few important notices that will bring some clarity to many questions horsepeople may have due to uncertainty in the industry over the past couple of months.
Make your stake payments quickly and easily in 2013 using SC Stakes Online. For only $40 per race horse and $20 per yearling (per calendar year), you can add any horse to your 'horse inventory.' This will allow you to view the major stakes your horse is eligible to be nominated/sustained to along with payment details.
Stakes that are administered by the following can be paid by Interac (debit) or credit card on SC Stakes Online.

Online stake payments will be forwarded directly to stake administrators on your behalf.
February 15 Stakes Payment Reminder From Standardbred Canada
Standardbred Canada would like to remind owners and trainers that stakes payments are due on or before Friday, February 15, 2013.

Horsemen paying the Atlantic Sires Stakes sustaining payment must also pay the Atlantic Standardbred Breeders Association membership fee of $45 per-owner per-year. If you have not already paid this fee in 2013, please remit it with your February 15 stakes payments.

WEG's Simcoe, SBOA Payments Due February 15
The Woodbine Entertainment Group has announced that the sustaining payments for the 2013 Simcoe Stakes divisions and SBOA Stakes, which are to be contested at Mohawk Racetrack, are due Friday, February 15.

Meadowlands Stakes Payments Due February 15
The Meadowlands Racetrack has multiple nomination fees due February 15. Noms are due for the Del Miller, Mistletoe Shalee, Stanley Dancer, Meadowlands Free For All Championship, Meadowlands Free For All Trotting Championship, the Nat Ray, the William Haughton, Arthur Cutler Memorial and the US Pacing Championship.

PA Resident Mare Registrations Due February 15
Just as important as a stakes payment for breeders who own Pennsylvania-resident mares: owners of these mares in foal to Pennsylvania-registered stallions who hope to see their 2013 foals eligible to generate Pennsylvania Breeders Awards must have their registration paperwork on this year’s foalings to the Pennsylvania Harness Commission with a postmark or reception by this Friday, February 15.

OSS Sustaining Payments Due March 15
The Ontario Racing Commission has announced that the three-year-old Ontario Sires Stakes (OSS) sustaining payment of $700 will be due on March 15, 2013.
Forms will be mailed out to the corresponding officer listed with Standardbred Canada for each 2010 OSS-nominated foal. The deadline for the two-year-old sustaining payment will also be March 15, 2013, and those forms will be mailed.
