My sincerest condolences to the Litt family.

Back in the day Herb was a one-man track crew at Orangeville Raceway. We raced through some of the worst weather you could imagine, and Herb would always find a way to get the track in race shape- despite 5 different horsemen having 5 differing opinions on how to go about that (it sort of goes with the territory)

In later years, I might see him at Hanover or Flamboro and he would always have a kind word, and a fond memory of those times.

I am so sorry to hear about Herb's passing. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting with him at the races. Herb always had a smile for everyone. He will be missed.

My family sends our condolences to the Litt family. Herb always had a kind smile and words of encouragement for us when we saw him at the tracks. Linda and Danielle Denis and Mavis Hutter.

Our condolences go out to the family of Herb.We knew him and his family for quite a number of years since we moved to Teeswater and Herb and his family lived here and had race horses here also.
