North America Cup In The Money Challenge Terms and Conditions
1. The Standardbred Canada (SC) June North America Cup In The Money Challenge will be conducted from Wednesday, June 10, 2015 to Saturday, June 13, 2015 with entry open until 6:30 PM EST on Saturday, June 13. No purchase is necessary. There is no cost to register. Contest is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older as of the date of registration, is an I Love Canadian Harness Racing Fan Club member and has Internet access at time of registration. The contest is void in whole where prohibited by law.
2. The contest will close for entries at 6:30 PM on Saturday, June 13, 2015. The winner will be the contestant who finishes with the highest number of points. In the event of a tie, a blind draw will determine the results.
Each player will draft a stable of nine horses (three from each elim), two trainers and two drivers competing in the 2015 North America Cup elimination races on Saturday, June 13.
Players will receive points based on the official finishing position of their horses, trainers and drivers in the North America Cup elimination races and final.
Standardbred Canada will provide an updated leaderboard by June 17, 2015, and the final official results by June 23, 2015 on the Standardbred Canada website. By participating, you are consenting to publication of your name on the Standardbred Canada website along with your score in the updated leaderboard.
3. Scoring - Players will receive the following points based on the finish position for their horses:

Dead Heat – Points will be added for the dead heat position and next position (if two horses) or next two positions (if three horses) and divided by the number of horses.

4. Winner will be contacted via e-mail at the e-mail address or phone number provided on the form.
5. Submissions with incomplete, bogus or invalid names and/or e-mail addresses will not be accepted.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per individual and one per e-mail address. Multiple entries will result in immediate disqualification. SC reserves the right to disqualify any contestant which SC believes has submitted more than one entry.
7. Employees, Directors and immediate family who reside at the same residence, of Standardbred Canada employees, Woodbine Entertainment Group or any provincial racing commission employees are not eligible for this contest.
8. No faxed, mailed, electronically mailed, or phoned-in entries are allowed.
9. SC assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, ineligible or mutilated entries. SC is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable hardware or software or telephone transmission or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmission or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of SC and will not be returned.
10. SC reserves the sole right to interpret all questions and conditions in regard to this contest.
11. Anything not covered in these rules will be ruled on by the management of SC and their decision will be final and binding.
12. Contestants, by entering the contest, agree to be bound by the above rules and regulations.
PRIZE: An I Love Canadian Harness Racing Prize Pack, which includes $50 worth of Fan Club swag and a photo of this year’s North America Cup winner.
