According to an article by the BBC, a California jury has found that former Magnum PI star Tom Selleck was "duped" into buying a lame horse, and has thus been awarded more than $187,000.

Selleck had purchased the 10-year-old show horse, Zorro, for his 20-year-old daughter to ride in amateur competitions. He had purchased what he thought was a sound horse for $120,000.

Whatever happened to honest people? Its a crying shame you can't trust anyone anymore.
I read other articles, this person was asked specifically if she knew of any problems.
Makes you wonder about the human race.

Have things really changed THAT MUCH????????? Whatever happened to "Buyer Beware" and having a vet check out your potential horse purchase????
