After putting on quite the display in the Dan Patch Preview two weeks ago, Dale Yeah and Hezzz A Wise Sky locked horns once again in the $55,556 Dan Patch FFA Final on Sunday, Aug. 3 at Running Aces.
The Sunday night harness racing program at Running Aces was highlighted by the 2025 Dan Patch FFA Pace with a talent-filled field of six going into battle. Aces newcomer Dale Yeah was sent off as the 3-5 chalk while 2023 Dan Patch FFA champion and Preview winner Hezzz A Wise Sky was also highly regarded by bettors at 6-5 on the board.
When the starter said ‘go’ it was Speaking Volumes (Rick Magee) who fired fastest from the car and took the early command while Hezzz A Wise Sky (Dean Magee) also left quickly to drop in second and Dale Yeah (Brady Jenson) landed in third for the early stages.
Magee was not content to sit the pocket with Hezzz A Wise Sky. They brushed to the front just after the :26.4 opening stanza and were settled on top as they rounded past the half in :54.4.
