Erv Miller: Watch Out For Marcus

Just like top trainer Erv Miller knows horses, he also knows catch-drivers. As he's seen the maturation of his stock over the years, he has also noticed the maturation of his son, Marcus, in the race bike. According to Erv, there may just be a new player moving up in the catch-driving ranks

"He's got way more confidence in his driving ability this year than he did last year, Erv said in an article by The State Journal-Register. "He was second-guessing himself last year."

"I've got so many more miles and I've been put in a lot more situations," Marcus was quoted as saying. "You've got to learn from each one. I've had more opportunities to learn. I can just tell I'm a better driver."
