It has been reported that officials from the Red Mile are working on a proposal that would see Instant Racing terminals – also known as Historical Racing terminals – installed at the harness raceway in Lexington, Kentucky.

According to an article by the Lexington Herald-Leader, officials with Keeneland filed an application on Friday (March 28), but Red Mile officials have yet to file theirs.

The report has quoted Kentucky Harness Horsemen's Association President Bob Stewart as saying that he has “seen the architectural drawings” for the Red Mile’s proposal “and it looks like plans are to put up a magnificent building."
