Amendments For KY Expansion Bill?

It has been reported that in Kentucky, the Governor Steve Beshear-backed bill which would see a referendum and constitutional amendment for expanded gaming in the state may be undergoing revisions

According to an article by Janet Patton in the Lexington Herald-Leader, the bill calls for five racinos and a pair of free-standing casinos in the state. If the bill passes, the issue will appear on the upcoming November ballot.

The article has quoted Gov. Beshear as saying that he is pleased that legislators "are thoroughly reviewing a bill that will finally let the people vote on expanded gaming. As with all legislation, changes are possible during the process, and it is important that all voices be heard."
