For this week's Rewind Robert Smith offers up the monthly edition of Picture Parade, a regular feature that displays old photos for your viewing and perhaps guessing pleasure.
This time around as usual a central theme exists and all of today's "oldies" feature people that might all be truly classified as being "senior citizens." I know that term does not get used too often but these folks because of their long years of faithful service give them this badge of honour. This list is an all Canadian-born cast but many of them often raced in the U.S. All have passed and if still with us would be over 100 years old.

Good for Ashley Duford for joining in; at least a 4th generation member of her family to be involved in the harness sport. Thanks Again folks.

Number 1 is Allan Walker. Number 2 is Percy Robillard who should be in the Hall Of Fame. He was an all round horseman doing his own driving and training and shoeing. He trained 4 world champion trotters. Glencoe Pride was aged trotter of the year in 1978. Able Mission was aged trotter of the year in 1981. And Elsenar and Yankee Predator were two invitation trotters with one of them I think winning the American National in California. He also was the leading percentage driver in Montreal on several occasions. Number 3 is Harold McKinley. Number 5 is Duncan Campbell. Number 7 is Levi “Jiggs” McFadden. Number 8 is Clint Hodgins. Number 9 is Keith Waples. Number 10 is Bill and Jack Herbert. Blast from the past is Western Fair Raceway.
