It may or may not have any significance for racing, but the governor of Kentucky has alerted legislative leaders of a possible special session call for December 13
.
Senate president David Williams and senate minority floor leader Ed Worley both confirmed the call, telling the Kentucky Gazette the call would deal with an economic incentive package for the possible relocation of a Harley- Davidson motorcycle plant to Shelbyville from York, Pennsylvania.
Another unidentified senator told the newspaper he had heard chatter that video slots might also be included in the special session call.
