The 2011 Lexington Selected Yearling Sale continued on Thursday afternoon in Kentucky, and veteran horseman Per Henriksen signed the slips on the two highest priced yearlings of the day.

Henriksen’s bid of $85,000 earned him the right to sign the sales slip on Hip 579, Frisky Magic. The Kadabra-Frisky Fergi filly is a half sister to a former Henriksen trainee, Friskem (1:55.2 - $154,660). She was consigned by Northwood Bloodstock Agency.

Hip 466, Porsche Magic, was purchased earlier in the auction by Henriksen for $65,000. The Kadabra colt, who was consigned by Preferred Equine Inc., is just the second foal out of the OSS star, Porsche Hall (1:56 - $642,396).

A total of 172 yearlings sold during the fourth session for $3,088,000, with an average price of $17,953.

The final session of sale takes place on Friday, October at 11:30 a.m.
