Amendments to By-Law #1 and By-Law #2 are being proposed for ratification by Standardbred Canada (SC) Members, pursuant to By-Law #1, Article 11 and Regulation #1, Article 6. 

As of May 8, 2023, the Standardbred Canada Registered Groom Licence takes effect.
