Late every year we always lose a number of our on-track equine stars to the breeding shed, but this past December we read about the retirement of even more of them than usual.
TROT decided to reach out to the people that know these stars best - their owners, trainers and drivers - and asked them to share a personal memory or two of these horses we’ll all miss, as they begin their second careers. Interviews by Melissa Keith.
