Katie Gene Miller developed a great work ethic during her years in the barn while growing up in Atlantic Canada.
Today her hard work has landed her a spot on the Waterloo Regional Police Force, while she also maintains a small racing stable - a stable that includes an old friend that helped bring her Maritime racing glory a few years ago. By Rachel Oenema.
