Hanover Raceway is going to be jam-packed with fans and excitement this Saturday.
First of all, it’s the track's 10th annual All-Trot Night, featuring the finals of the Balanced Image trot for fillies and colts in Race 5 and Race 9.
Hanover’s first-ever Dream of Glory winner, Abbey Road C, will be trackside for free pictures with race fans from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Hanover will also play host to six divisions of the Ontario Sires Stakes for three-year-old trotting fillies, and it will also play host to the 38th annual Walker Memorial Trot, which pays tribute to Allan and Viola Walker of Owen Sound, Ont.
Hanover will also be hosting a trotting under saddle race, and will be drawing the names of two fans to go into a draw to win a trip to the OSS Grassroots or Gold Finals at London or Toronto, including accommodations and meals.
The 'I love Canadian Harness Racing' Fan Club will be at Hanover on Saturday offering draw prizes and information for fans. The Hanover Rotary Club will also be setting up a table to discuss their projects and will conduct a 50-50 draw.
Hanover is the only track in North America to host an all-trot race card.
First-race post time is 7:15 p.m.
