Harrah's Philadelphia raced the first five races of its 14-dash “Trottin’ Thursday” card on July 31 and then the weather came in.
Hard. Fast. Nasty. And settling in for a spell. So the decision was made to cancel the remainder of the Thursday program at Harrah’s Philadelphia.
Much better weather is in the forecast for Friday’s 12:25 p.m. card, with distaff pacers in the spotlight.
