Trot Insider has learned that a post-time change has been approved for an upcoming card of live racing at Hippodrome 3R.
First-race post time for the Sunday, August 4 program of live racing at Hippodrome 3R will be 7:00 p.m., not 1:00 p.m. as originally scheduled.
