Mohawk Racetrack has announced a special first-race post time of 7:05 p.m. for this Saturday’s (May 6) card of racing.
The early post time will allow racing fans the opportunity to watch the Kentucky Derby at Mohawk and then catch live harness racing immediately following the big race.
The Kentucky Derby will be shown on the infield screen and wagering is available on-track. The scheduled post time for the Derby is currently 6:34 p.m.
The racing section of the Mohawk grandstand will open its doors at 5 p.m. on Saturday, but horseplayers looking to wager on the entire Derby card, from Churchill Downs, will be able to inside the Mohawk Racebook (located in the OLG Slots).
