On Wednesday, April 29, Running Aces released information in regard to the track's stall allocation plans for the 2020 meet.
A breakdown of the stall allocations can be accessed by clicking here. Running Aces has said that it has consulted many resources, and has opted to allocate 233 stalls while maintaining 18 stalls in Barn 'B' for easier access to ship-in trainers.
Officials with the track have said that the allocations reflect Running Aces' plans to better secure its backside, horsepeople, horses, RA and MRC staff; and that everyone will be working together to ensure all safety measures and protocols are in place upon re-opening.
Horsepeople are asked to carefully review their allocated stalls and prepare a stall roster of horses to be sent to [email protected] by May 8, 2020.
The track has stated that it is continuing to monitor the ever-changing COVID-19 situation in Minnesota, and that it is working with MHRI and the MRC on its revised barn opening, qualifying dates, as well as the live racing schedule, pending regulatory approvals.
