Officials with Harrington Raceway have announced that the track has implemented a new policy in regard to racing in the annual Governor’s Day program, which will take place on July 26.
Horses that enter will be required to have a minimum of three starts at the current Harrington Raceway meet. Horses with less than the requisite number of starts will be used only as needed.
