The Frank Ryan Trot is one of the longest continually-run added-money events in Canada and boasts champions such as Majestic Son and most recently, Slave Dream, who was also last year’s Nat Ray champion.
Tara Hills enjoys unparalleled exposure through its arrangement with RCR. TV commercials for its stallions are seen on Rideau Carleton’s live racing cards simulcast throughout North America. Full-page ads in the live racing program are distributed to thousands and Tara Hills is the title sponsor of the on-track handicapping publication, The Bettors Edge.
Rideau Carleton Raceway welcomes this sponsorship renewal with Tara Hills and its general manager, David Heffering.
This year’s Frank Ryan Memorial Trot will be held on August 14, 2011.
