The deadline is approaching for open enrollment for the Standardbred Breeders & Owners Association of New Jersey health insurance program for qualified drivers, trainers and grooms that are not currently insured.
Eligible participants must be enrolled by December 31, 2013 to qualify for 2014 coverage.
