The Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association of New Jersey has announced that drivers meetings will be taking place this Friday (Nov. 6) and Saturday (Nov. 7) at the Meadowlands Racetrack.
The meetings will be held outside of the paddock office to discuss the implementation of the New Jersey Racing Commission's new whipping rule.
The meetings are scheduled to get underway at 6:30 p.m.
