Officials at Kawartha Downs would like to remind all horsepeople that nominations for three awards are being accepted until Saturday, December 19
.
Nominations are now being accepted in the race office for the following categories:
• Horseperson of the Year
• Female Caretaker of the Year
• Male Caretaker of the Year
The top three nominees in each category will be voted on at the 2009 Awards Banquet on Saturday, February 6, 2010.
