OK Boromir p,4,1:49.3s ($569,884), a winner of an Ontario Sires Stakes Gold Series final and a division of the Burlington Stakes during his three-year-old campaign, will stand the 2017 breeding season at Kendal Hills in Ontario.
OK Boromir is an 11-year-old bay by 2003 Pacing Triple Crown winner No Pan Intended. He is out of the multiple stakes-winning Albert Albert mare Double Creme p,4,1:51.4s ($415,049), who also produced $652,124 winner OK Commander, who won an elimination of the Meadowlands Pace.
At age two, OK Boromir won an OSS Gold elimination in only his second lifetime start.
At age three, he won his division of the Burlington Stakes, his elimination of the Upper Canada Cup, as well as multiple OSS Gold events. OK Boromir finished second in his North America Cup elimination and his Canadian Breeders Championship elimination, and was race-timed in 1:49.1.
At age four, OK Boromir took his mark of 1:49.3 while triumphing in a conditioned event at Mohawk Racetrack.
OK Boromir comes to from a talented family and he was very talented in his own right. He raced against some of the top pacers on the continent during his two and three-year-old seasons, including Well Said, Dial Or Nodial and Nob Hill High, among others; and later with the likes of Dali and Bigtime Ball.
