Mon sujet sera pour quelques- uns un bon coup et pour d’autres, un mauvais coup. La raison qui me fait dire cela, c’est que lorsque je mentionne deux mots bien spécifiques, soit que des yeux brillants me fixent ou que ce sont des yeux de chevreuil sous les phares.

Les deux mots magiques sont « Service à la clientèle ».
