It has been reported that a horse was brought to safety early Monday morning in Quebec after running down a highway toward Montreal.
An article by CTV News Montreal explains that the horse was running south on a toll bridge on Highway A25 near the 440.
The report states that the incident occurred at roughly 2 a.m. and that Laval and Montreal police were in pursuit.
The article explains that the horse was eventually corralled and placed into an ‘enclosed trailer’ that was being towed by a motorist that happened to be in the right place at the right time.
The report states that the horse had bolted from a nearby stable.
