According to a report on recordonline.com, a Westchester, New York district attorney has charged a Yonkers Raceway promotions manager with grand larceny and scheming to fraud.
District attorney Janet DiFiore has said that along with a pair of co-defendants, Donna Cronin, 44, helped acquaintances win prizes via contests in the gaming area.
