Fashion Athena posted the fastest winning time among four divisions of the Pennsylvania All-Stars for two-year-old trotting fillies on Friday night at Pocono Downs. Each of the four races carried a purse of $35,000.
Fashion Athena, who was making her debut on Friday night, made a furious rally with Andrew McCarthy in the bike for trainer Jim Campbell to win her split in 1:55:1, easily the fastest time of the night for the Pennsylvania All-Stars participants.
The other division winners were Frau Blucher (Matt Kakaley, Chris Oakes) in 1:57:4, Good Intentions (Matt Kakaley, Ron Gurfein) in 1:59 and Hauln Fanny (Tyler Buter, Misty Miller) in 1:57:4.
