Two elims are slated for Saturday night at The Meadowlands for the track's signature event, The Meadowlands Pace for three-year-olds.
Leading the first $50,000 elimination is North America Cup winner JK Endofanera. The Ron Burke trainee is 4-0-1 in five starts this year, his most recent a dominant 1:48.4 win in the N.A. Cup at Mohawk Racetrack on June 14. He tuned up for Saturday with a solid 1:51 qualifier last Friday at the Big M.
The horse that JK Endofanera defeated as the public choice in the North America Cup, Tellitlikeitis, looks to be one of the top contenders from the second elimination. That son of Well Said has two wins in three starts in 2014 for trainer Jimmy Takter, looking for his first Meadowlands Pace title.
Here are the fields for Saturday's Meadowlands Pace eliminations with listed drivers. The final is set for Saturday, July 12 with an estimated purse of $650,000. The top five finishers from each elim advance to the final.

The Meadowlands has announced its wagering format for Meadowlands Pace Night. With a 14-race program anticipated, the wagering format will be as follows:
- $30,000 Guaranteed $.50 Cent Pick 5 (Races 1 – 5)
- $50,000 Guaranteed $.50 Cent Pick 4 (Races 3 – 6)
- $100,000 Guaranteed $.50 Cent Pick 4 (Races 6 – 9)
- $50,000 Guaranteed $.50 Cent Pick 4 (Races 9 – 12)
- $.10 cent superfectas offered on all races.
- Daily Double on the first two and last two races.
- $1 Pick 3 on all races that do not begin a Pick 4 or Pick 5.
The Meadowlands Pace will be carded as the 9th race, with a post time of 9:39 P.M. The Meadowlands Pace will end one pick four sequence, while simultaneously starting another. The William Haughton Memorial will go postward as the 8th race, with post time at 9:03 P.M. Both races will be shown live on the nationally televised broadcast on CBS Sports Network.
The Meadowlands would also like to remind everyone that post time for Meadowlands Pace night (July 12th) is 6:30 P.M. Additionally, Meadowlands Pace elimination night (July 5th) will also carry a post time of 6:30 P.M. On elimination night, there will be a fireworks show shortly after the conclusion of the last race, which is likely to conclude around 10:40 P.M.
Meadowlands Pace elimination night includes two eliminations for the Meadowlands Pace as well as a single-elimination for the Mistletoe Shalee and the 14-horse $484,350 Hambletonian Maturity to be contested at 1-1/8th miles. The William Haughton Memorial will not require eliminations and the full field of 10 will go straight to the $463,000 final on Pace Night. Making up The William Haughton Memorial Final are:
