Vet Rescued At Farm

On Saturday, June 5 in Crediton, Devon, UK, a rescue had to be co-ordinated by the Devon and Somerset Fire Rescue Service after a horse collapsed on a veterinarian.

According to a report by telegraph.co.uk, the veterinarian had been called out to a farm in order to help free a horse which had become entangled in a fence.

The vet sedated the horse which in turn fell asleep on her.

The article explains that after being caught between the horse and a ditch, the vet was uninjured and that the horse is recovering after being cut free from the fence.
