Atlantic Sires Stakes three-year-old pacing fillies will take centre stage at Truro Raceway on Sunday evening, as they meet in competition for the second time this season
.
There will be three 'A' divisions, each going for a purse pool of $7,420, and two 'B' divisions going for $2,500.
Points accumulated in each Atlantic Sires Stakes 'A' division go towards earning a spot in the season-ending Atlantic Breeders Crown. This year Truro Raceway will host the premier harness racing event.
The Weekend Festival of Racing will take place October 8, 9 and 10 and will include the Atlantic Sires Stakes championships and consolations, as well as special invitational races, social events and the Nova Scotia Provincial Exhibition Select Yearling Sale.

First-race post time on Sunday at Truro Raceway is 7:00 p.m.
