It has been reported that the Ohio State Racing Commission may be softening its stance regarding seating at Penn National Gaming's proposed racino in Austintown.
An article by The Vindicator explains that officials from the OSRC and PNG could be meeting within 10 days to further discuss the seating issue.
Penn National has said that the seating issue could cause a six-month delay in construction of the facility.
