His comments come via a report by the Standard Freeholder.
The article comes in light of a recent news broadcast on the still-unsolved murder, which has stumped local authorities to this point in time.
Those authorities are now calling for new leads. A $50,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the murder of Rankin.
