BHA To Announce Hearing Verdicts

The British Horseracing Authority has announced the date that it will announce its decision in regard to the disciplinary hearings it conducted earlier this fall against four jockeys and one jockey-turned-trainer

.

According to a report by Sky Sports, the BHA announced via Twitter that it will make its decision public on December 14.

The BHA's hearing in to jockeys Paul Doe, Greg Fairley, Kirsty Milczarek and Jimmy Quinn, and jockey-turned-trainer Paul Fitzsimons was in regard to allegations of horses being laid on betting exchanges from January 17, 2009 to August 15, 2009.

Eight other individuals in addition to those mentioned have enduring hearings in regard to the situation.
