Non Disclosure made it two victories in a row at Pocono Downs at Mohegan Pennsylvania on Tuesday, Oct. 28 while winning the $21,831 conditioned trotting feature in 1:56.4.

Ridge Warren slotted Non Disclosure, a sophomore Father Patrick-Fifty Shades gelding, in fifth through early fractions of :28 and :57.3 before moving him uncovered up the backstretch to three-quarters in 1:27.3. The David Wisser trainee was able to withstand the rough journey, moving to the lead in the lane and then holding off the horse who had followed his cover, Rothko (Simon Allard), by a half-length. Soncando (George Napolitano Jr.) was third. The victorious favourite, who paid $3.20 to win, is owned by his trainer in partnership with Rebecca Callan. He is now four-for-27 lifetime.

Trainer Dean Eckley also starred on the 14-race card, winning with all three of his starters. He won the opener with Dr M ($2.60), who made it three wins in four starts in the conditioner's barn, the fourth with Gaelihill ($3.20), who remained with Eckley after being claimed back six starts in a row, and the 11th with Juddy Douglas A ($17.40). The perfect afternoon bolstered the trainer's win percentage to 22.1 per cent with 71 victories in 321 starts this year.

Cassius Hanover ($3.20) moved his recent stat line to three-for-four at Pocono with a 1:54.1 triumph in the $16,901 conditioned sub-feature. The altered son of Muscle Mass-Crystal Gumdrop, who had won a pair of races before a head defeat to the tough Duly Resolved in his latest start, got back on the winning track in an event for more seasoned trotters, Cassius Hanover needed the hustling urging of driver Kevin Wallis to beat out 17-1 pacesetter Hand Dover Dan (Tyler Buter) by the smallest possible margin, with Kovu As (Matt Kakaley) third. Emily Bost conditions the sharp diamondgaiter, whom she co-owns with R K 4 Racing.

Tyler Buter added to his lead atop the Pocono sulkysitters’ ranks with three successes on the day.

There are 10 days to go in the 2025 racing season at Pocono, with the next card starting at 1 p.m. on Saturday. Watching and wagering on the Breeders' Cup for Thoroughbreds will also be available trackside or through the Pocono platforms.
