It has been reported that American Harness Tracks, the developers behind the proposed Valley View Downs racino in western Pennsylvania, have announced who will operate the facility if the proposed endeavour acquires the state's final harness racing license
.
According to NBC affiliate wfmj.com, AHT has announced that the Merit Management Group, based out of the Chicago area, would run Valley View's daily operations.
AHT is currently awaiting a decision from the Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission regarding whether or not it will be awarded the state's final harness racing license.
