It has been reported that the scheduled vote regarding American Harness Tracks' application for the final harness racing license in Pennsylvania has been delayed
.
According to the Beaver County Times, the Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission is taking more time to review financial documents which were submitted six weeks ago.
Seeing as though the commission will not be voting on the license situation at its meeting tomorrow (Thursday, October 27), there will not be a decision on the matter before November 16 at the earliest.
American Harness Tracks is looking to build the much-delayed Valley View Downs, which would feature a one-mile harness racing course, full racino and much more.
