The Meadows Standardbred Owners Association is pleased to announce that it will be featuring a new event, a Night of Champions, at the Meadows Racetrack & Casino on Friday, January 31.

The Meadows Standardbred Owners Association (MSOA) announced the winners of its 2013 horse awards, as voted by the group’s members, on Saturday.
