As a member of Standardbred Canada, please exercise your voting privilege and review amendments to applicable bylaws to cast your vote before 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 14, 2023.

Online voting is now open for Standardbred Canada’s proposed amendments to By-Law #1 and By-Law #2.

Amendments to By-Law #1 and By-Law #2 are being proposed for ratification by Standardbred Canada (SC) Members, pursuant to By-Law #1, Article 11 and Regulation #1, Article 6. 

On August 5, 2015, electronic and mail ballots that were cast by eligible Standardbred Canada Breeder members for amendments to By-Law #2 were tabulated.

On December 13, 2012, ballots that were cast by members for amendments to By-Law#1 and #2 were counted by the Returning Officer, Bruce G. Drysdale, C.A. & Associates.

Standardbred Canada would like to remind Active and Breeder members that by-law voting ballots must be received at head office in Mississauga by 11:00 a.m. (EST) on Thursday, December 13, 2012.

Standardbred Canada would like to remind owners of Regulation # 2 Article 10 of SC By-Laws & Regulation regarding the cancellation of registration.

Due to an administrative error, certain breeder members may receive two separate ballots related to the proposed changes to By-Law #1.
