On December 13, 2012, ballots that were cast by members for amendments to By-Law#1 and #2 were counted by the Returning Officer, Bruce G. Drysdale, C.A. & Associates.
All proposals that were put forward by the Board (By-Law #1) and Breeders Committee (By-Law #2) were approved by the membership.
